Manohara is a tale of a beautiful princess with a half-human, half-bird body form. She is one of the legendary bird-human creatures whose stories are preserved eternally on the reliefs of Borobudur Temple. In one of those reliefs she is depicted as beautiful lady with a full human form when she married a human, Prince Sudhana.
Her beauty and grace as a bird human is displayed in the typography of The Manohara logo. The lines with strong edges at the bottom as well as the curves on the upper parts of the M represent the beauty of the Manohara princess.
